DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
to take on production and service duties alternating on Hot and Cold Section with this small brigade of only 6 chefs. We are looking for passionate, dedicated and hard-working individuals who are determined to achieve something great as a professional chef.
REQUIREMENTS:
Formal cheffing qualification with at least 2 years fine dining cheffing experience
Exposure to EUROPEAN, ASIAN and JAPANESE cuisine a huge advantage
Attention to detail in all food production methods with absolute refinement in plating skills
Demonstrated strengths in food costing, stock controls, ability to work cleanly and consistency and to noticeable fine dining standards
