Demand Planner - Retail

Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales analysis Analyze inventory levels to optimize stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on demand plans and strategies Monitor and report on changes in customer demand, industry trends, and competitive landscape Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations Utilize demand planning tools and software to support forecasting and analysis Requirements Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role in the retail industry Diploma, National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business Management or equivalent Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of retail industry trends and dynamics Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Benefits Salary: Negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
