As Demand Forecasting Professional you will be responsible for the performance management process with respect to data integrity, completeness and availability of reports and collation to support efficient operations in the End-to-End planning cluster.
Key responsibilities Manage the escalation of issues where data is not being submitted in line with agreed timeframes on an ongoing basis.
Lead all reporting in support of the performance management system and data provision from all parts of the supply chain.
Drive the agenda to ensure that the data integrity is embed in the ways of working within the business.
Ensure all authorizations and the filing of documents for successful completion of internal and external audits.
Drive the data collection and creation process to ensure support of all launches are on time and fully supporting the consumer healthcare growth agenda.
Ensure that data is entered accurately and maintained as per the service level agreement with the business.
Assist and resolve data queries from internal and external customers including coordination and resolution of interface errors between systems when data is not being transmitted successfully.
Set up the data capture process ensuring that standardized ways of working are adopted in the data maintenance process.
Ensure that the team is trained, and data/system requirements are documented into SOP's.
Work Collaboratively with other departments to ensure Continuous Improvement in E2E Processes.
Root Cause Analysis done on Poor Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Risks (OOS or SLOBS).
Qualifications and skills Essential We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree APICS – CPIM or CSCP 5+ years' experience in Forecasting and data maintenance with corporate systems Experience handling large amounts of data Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: IBF Qualification Experience in supply chain, logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management or IT.
Ability to be proactive in leading and managing information and data from the supply chain organization.
Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Leadership and influencing skills Relationship builder Strong awareness of customer service Ability to apply strategic and lateral thinking to deliver large scale network solutions.
Experience with SAP (APO or IBP), JDE, Forecast Pro, Oracle, DDMRP.
