Experience required: ? 5-10 years of management or strategic technology consulting experience Qualifications / Certifications required: ? Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are highly desirable. Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies, and maintaining high standards of quality. Agile Delivery: Implement and promote Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Pre-Sales Solutioning: Support pre-sales activities by providing expert insights and shaping solutions that meet client needs. Digital Transformation: Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance business processes and outcomes. Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performing teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior resources. Commercial management: Manage the overall programme and project budgets, enabling on budget delivery.
