We are recruiting a Deli/Café manager for our clients who operate this stunning Deli & Cafe in this North-West Leeds Suburb, making it easily commutable from Leeds, Bradford & Harrogate

This independent venue has built up a fantastic reputation for the quality of both the food served from the very well equipped kitchen, and the standard of service.

Due to the success of the Deli the owner operators are now in a position to bring in a Deli/Café manager to look after the day to day running of the venue and build on the superb reputation the venue has built up in recent years, this is a great position for an experienced floor manager, or even a supervisor who is looking to progress their career, with a salary stretch dependent on experience.

As Deli/Café manager you will:

- Have a friendly yet professional persona

- Be a strong team player, being able to enthuse those around you

- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team

- Have a sound understanding of café management and training along with ordering and stock control and cash handling

- Have the ability to self-manage and the ability to adapt and improvise to changing situations.
