Deli Counter Hand

Job Description: Deli Counter Hand (Retail) We are seeking a friendly and efficient Deli Counter Hand to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist customers with their deli orders, ensure the deli section is well-stocked, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will provide excellent customer service while handling and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and other deli products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide helpful recommendations on deli items like meats, cheeses, and prepared foods. Product Handling: Slice, weigh, and package deli products according to customer requests and store standards. Display & Stocking: Arrange deli items attractively and keep shelves and displays well-stocked and organized. Food Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and cleaning procedures. Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the deli counter and equipment, ensuring a safe, tidy work environment. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about deli offerings and be able to provide customers with product information and suggestions. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Prior experience in a deli or food service is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
