Overview:We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our hospital.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.Proven experience as a CFO or financial analyst, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.Strong knowledge of cash flow management principles, financial reporting standards, and state laws and regulations governing healthcare finance.Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, ERP systems), with the ability to generate accurate and insightful financial reports.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions to complex financial challenges.
