Debtors Data Capturer

Large Hospitality - Travel and Tourism Headoffice based in North Beach Durban is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position as Debtors Administrator. Purpose of the Position · To ensure that all data capturing, banking, receipting, processing and allocation of accounts are accurately and timeously completed. Key Performance Areas · To ensure that receipting, data capturing for various bank accounts are processed daily · To ensure that audit trails balance to the bank statements · Audit trails are posted and emailed to the bookkeeping department · Responsible for loading and sending debit order runs on the appropriate dates · Exception Reports Account Maintenance · Ad hoc duties where required Special Projects Competencies Required Accurate, organised and able to multitask. Excellent administration skills / figure orientated Decision making and problem solving Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Dependable (compulsory to work on the 1 st and 2 nd of every month)
