Job DescriptionOur client is looking for an experienced Debtors/Creditors Manager or Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial details of their organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Debtor and Creditor aspects of our business, including detailed supplier control and analysis, all debtor invoicing and cash flow reporting with the Financial Manager, assisting with VAT calculations monthly and conducting analysis on Profit and Loss reports per trip conducted, with an in-depth understanding of accounting processes and regulations. This is a full day in-office position based in Fourways.Responsibilities:Managing the Debtor and Creditor operations of the organisation, including profit and loss analysis of trips, debtor analysis, and cash flow analysis.Setting up of all payments and monitoring costs against budgets.Developing and implementing effective accounting monthly rhythms.Analysing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve financial performance and cash flow details.Communicating financial information clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including executives, employees, guests, and suppliers.Working with the sales manager to process all invoices and understand deposit payments as well as payments that need to be made on certain dates.Taking ownership, having acute attention to detail, and managing both up and down within the finance team.Developing financial plans including forecasting future revenue and expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.A candidate with experience in the hospitality travel industry will be a huge plus.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field; Recognised Financial Diploma.5+ years of experience.Highly organised, detail-oriented.Possess strong analytical and communication skills.Working Excel knowledge essential.Sage experience essential.Ability to multitask.References and credit checks.Working hours are 7 hours per day, 4 days in the office and 1 work from home on a Wednesday, with flexibility to a degree.Benefits:Gap InsuranceUnderground ParkingCell phone allowancePetrol Allowance
