Debtors/Creditors Clerk

Key Responsibilities:COUPA Portal System:Manage orders, tenders, quotations, invoices, and payments through the COUPA system. Previous experience with COUPA is preferred.Debtors and Creditors Management:Utilize Pastel Accounting System for invoicing and data capture.Microsoft Office:Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Petty Cash Management:Handle and oversee petty cash transactions.Office Administration:Perform various office administrative tasks to support daily operations.Candidate Requirements:Education:Minimum Matric pass with Mathematics.Experience:Extensive knowledge in COUPA, Pastel Accounting, and Microsoft Office. Previous office administration experience is essential.Skills:Highly accurate and precise, with strong time-management abilities.Personal Attributes:Prefer working independently.Trustworthy and honest, with the ability to handle sensitive information.Additional Requirements:Valid drivers license.Reside close to Brits or Hartbeespoort.Age: Preferably between 35 and 50 years old.This role demands a person who is meticulous, trustworthy, and capable of working predominantly on the computer with minimal supervision. The position involves limited communication but requires exceptional concentration and attention to detail.
