Debtors / Creditors Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES:DebtorsInvoicing, Credit notes and queries.Maintaining of Aged Analysis.Account reconciliations. CreditorsInvoicing and queries.Preparation of paymentsAccount reconciliations. The Debtor / Creditor clerk will also assist with month end procedures.REQUIREMENTS:Applicants should be post-matric graduates with at least 3 years relevant work experience.A tertiary qualification in a related field to support the application will be considered favourably.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting packagesEffective written and verbal communication skills.A high level of of attention to detail and accuracy.Strong administrative skills.A very attractive salary with company benefits is on offer.
