Duties and Responsibilities: Daily sales order listingsProcessing of customer and suppliers invoices at correct price and quantityPrepare and submit DC accounts on Hold registerPrepare weekly POD file and prepayment listing for reviewRun customer statements per Pedros SOPAssist with customer and supplier queriesComplete debtors & creditors functionAdhoc finance admin functionRequirement: 2-3 Years experience in a similar roleSound understanding of the finance function and a hands-on approach1-2 years experience on Sage 200 EvolutionMinimum of 1 years experience in the full Debtors / Creditors functionsPrevious experience in the FMCG, Fast Food or Retail sectorsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisationStrong presentation skillsMust have a Diploma or equivalent qualification in financeExperience in the full MS Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and accuracyMotivated individual who works well in a team, can work well under pressure and have a passion for accounting.Have effective time management, problem solving and decision-making abilities
