Debtors/Creditors Administrator (Nelspruit)

Qualification Matric Requirements Knowledge in in financial processing, and administrative skills in managing vehicle and utility accounts Duties Creditors and Financial Management Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for stock, ensuring accuracy in quantity and pricing. Capture and verify invoices, cross-check prices, and reconcile monthly statements. Prepare, load, and capture weekly and monthly payments in Pastel. Maintain the Chicken Spreadsheet and ensure all financial records are accurately filed. Manage new credit applications and maintain organized filing of creditor documentation. Nedfleet (Fleet Management) Update the monthly vehicle sheet and tonnage data based on statements. Manage applications, cancellations, and E-tag services for Nedfleet cards, addressing issues related to fraud and misuse. Vehicle Administration Oversee monthly vehicle license renewals and handle vehicle registration. Company's Account Management Capture utility expenses (e.g., water and electricity). Invoice Holdings for rent and usage, ensuring records are up-to-date
