Debtors Controller

Duties:Managing the Debtors book, ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments.
Reconciling Accounts and resolving discrepancies with efficiency and professionalism.Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.Preparing monthly reports of all interactions and transactions.Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and ensure alignment with company policies.Implementing Effective credit control procedures to minimize bad debt.Building and maintain strong relationship with clients to facilitate the prompt payment.Requirements:Financial Qualification.Proven Experience as Debtors Controller, Managing a book value of over R100 Million.3 -5 years experience in similar role.Strong knowledge of Credit Control procedures and debt recovery.Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills.Proficiency in Financial Software and MS Office, Especially Excel.Attention to details and Ability to work under pressure.Able to read and write English
