About the Role We're looking for a mature and experienced Debtors Controller with over 5 years of expertise in debtors control, particularly in the FMCG or Retail sector.
This is a fully onsite role, based in Cape Town, operating Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities ? Managing debtor accounts with precision and efficiency.
? Proactively handling collections and negotiations.
? Meeting and exceeding collection KPIs.
? Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
? Financial and ageing reports ? Investigations & negotiations ? Payment arrangements Requirements ? Minimum 5+ years' experience in Debtors Control.
? Background in FMCG or Retail debtor management is essential.
? Matric certificate (non-negotiable) – must be presented upon application.
? Proven track record of meeting KPIs with contactable, recent references.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
