We are seeking a Debtors Controller (Construction) for a permanent role based in Mthatha, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with 3+ years relevant debtors control experience in the construction industryMust be fluent in English & isiXhosa and resident in MthathaMS Office literate with advanced Excel skills as well as proficiency on PastelThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage debtors' function, collections and junior finance staffNotify customers of outstanding documents and ensure credit applications are correctCGIC (Credit Guarantee) / BCM (Building Credit Management) / other credit insurers – liaison and management of processesCredit limit assessment and recommendations and checking of trade referencesEnsure credit limit adherence and liaise with customers who have reached limitFollow up on debts owing to companyReconciliation and assessment of customer refundsProduct monthly and interim statements for customersEnsure debtors receipts are accurate allocatedManage information and documentation flow affecting debtorsOnsite person to assist Finance ManagerEnsure deadlines are achievedAuthorize petty cash expenditureAttending meetings and ensure systems / procedures are followedSalary: R19 000.00 – R20 000.00 per month To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to ******
