Debtors Clerk

Urgently seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk with strong attention to detail skills.
* To process all invoices.
Ensure job cards are correct, scanned & sent through to the correct accounts person
* Cash collected on a daily basis, signed for, captured banked and invoiced.
* Provide general accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
* Ensure clients internal system are understood and used corectly
* Stock items captured on Pastel Evolution
* Assist with general AD HOC Duties
* Paper work filled and accounted for.
* Handling traffic fine admin
* Remittances month end
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE: * 3+ years of experience in a similar role * Computer literate, Pastel Evolution experience * Strong communication skills * Attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast paced busy environment * Detail focused * Stable track record, clear criminal record, contactable references
