ResponsibilitiesSend customer statementsCall customersTrack invoices to customers in multiple countriesFollow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection proceduresLiaise with the sales team and customers regarding payment queriesReconcile debtor accounts and resolve discrepanciesPrepare age analysis reports and other financial statementsAssist with month-end closing proceduresEnsure compliance with international financial regulations and tax lawsMaintain organized files of all financial transactions and correspondenceProcess and record incoming payments from clientsManage and update the accounts receivable ledger Skills & EducationDiploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or international tradeProficiency in accounting software and Google Apps G-suiteStrong understanding of accounts receivable processesKnowledge of international banking procedures and foreign currency transactionsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entryStrong communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial)Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with logistics industry terminology and practicesExperience with ERP systems used in logistics (e.g., SAP)Knowledge of international trade documentation and IncotermsUnderstanding of VAT and customs regulations in key markets Working hours Monday to Friday: 07:20 - 16:20
