Debtors Clerk

This exciting position entails the full debtors function and associated administrative tasks, including:Managing customer accounts on a day-to-day basisLiaising with customers on queries and providing timeous feedbackProcessing of job cards and new customer ordersCapturing and maintaining of customer invoices and relevant informationAnalysis of monthly debtors age analysis and associated debt collectionProcessing of debit order collectionsCancellations, suspension, downgrades & upgrades of customer accountsUpdate and maintenance of sales and other related dashboardsEffective internal communication with up- and downstream departmentsAssisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly management reporting and financial analysesRequirements & Experience:MatricBasics of Accounting diploma/certificate (beneficial)Minimum 3 Years' Experience in similar Debtors roleSage Pastel AccountingSagePayMicrosoft Excel
