ResponsibilitiesOpen and manage accounts post-approval.Ensure timely payments and keep debtors days on target.Send monthly statements and handle overdue accounts.Monitor accounts, manage credit limits, and block overdue accounts.Identify and report high-risk accounts.Reconcile intergroup customer accounts and daily payment analysis.Capture and allocate payments, manage cashbook, and petty cash.Organize and file documentation.SkillsBookkeeping/cashbook skills a plus.Detail-oriented with a proven track record in reconciliations and collections.Strong customer relations skills.
