Based within our finance department, we are on the hunt for someone who is a perfectionist when it comes to Accounting practices, the Debtor's Function and Customer Service.Job Duties:Debt CollectionFollow up and resolve queriesAssisting with invoicing and client contractsManaging of the debtor's book and legal handoversAdhoc finance tasks and projectsAnd any other reasonable taskKey Competencies:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and self-managingAttention to DetailRespect for confidentialityDeadline drivenInnovativeRequirements:Grade 12 or equivalentTertiary level finance qualification is advantageousMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Debtors ClerkKnowledge on fundamental accounting practicesExperience working on debtors' books of a minimum of 300 customersGood communication skills and customer service orientedProficient in MS Excel.Benefits:Company contribution to Medical AidRetirement Annuity contributionDiscounted Internet ConnectivityFree Barista prepared coffee, breakfasts and snacks.Employee Wellness Programme (ICAS).
