A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your applicationEMPLOYMENT TYPE : PermanentSECTOR : FinanceBASIC SALARY : Market relatedSTART DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:Grade 12Financial diploma or studying towards degree5 years experience in debtorsProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge in other computer packages will be beneficialAt least 3 years experience with major retailers (Not negotiable)Bookkeeping/Cashbook processing will be advantageousDetail orientatedProven track record of reconciliations and collectionsDUTIES:Open accounts after credit application have been approvedFollow up on payments ensuring debtors days are within the set targetSend monthly statements to customers with due and/or arrears accountsMonitor all accounts making sure it is within the customer limit and block overdue accountsIdentify high risk accounts and report any default of paymentsBalance intergroup customer accountsDaily monitoring of incoming payments vs debtors age analysisCapture cash and accounts payments and allocate as per customer reconciliationCashbook processingPetty Cash Management and monthly reconciliationFiling of all documentation receivedHOURS:Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
