Debtors Clerk - Firgrove

What You'll Do: - Open and manage accounts post-approval.
- Ensure timely payments and keep debtors days on target.
- Send monthly statements and handle overdue accounts.
- Monitor accounts, manage credit limits, and block overdue accounts.
- Identify and report high-risk accounts.
- Reconcile intergroup customer accounts and daily payment analysis.
- Capture and allocate payments, manage cashbook, and petty cash.
- Organize and file documentation.
What We Need: - Matric with Mathematics.
- Financial diploma or progress towards a degree.
- 5 years of debtors experience, with at least 3 years in major retail (a must).
- Bookkeeping/cashbook skills a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record in reconciliations and collections.
- Strong customer relations skills.
