Debtors Banking Clerk

Exciting opportunity for a strong administrator and Debtors/Banking Clerk who can assist with ad-hoc duties in the finance department. This manufacturing company seeks a strong candidate who can start as soon as possible to join the team. Requirements: Matric - Grade 12 Minimum 3 years plus working experience as Debtors / Banking Clerk Excellent administration skills Strong communication skills Computer Literate Duties: Daily checking Handling and data capturing of monies received Issuing of daily Petty Cash requirements Receive, check and bank monies received from various sources Process all funds received into debtors and cash book systems Process Journal entries Issue, balance and process daily petty cash Assisting with payment queries and allocations Query unknown deposits Filing Check Cash office money daily and balance to route-sheet control Train appointed assistant clerk in all duties Assist with year-end audit queries Ad-hoc duties as might be requested from time to time Assist in the implementation and sustainability of HACCP requirements This is an amazing opportunity for a strong Debtors Clerk who can add value to an already successful team.
