Minimum requirements: Matric Any other relevant qualification or certification will be beneficial 5 years experience in debtors, creditors, filing, stock control and general office administration Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Key Responsibilities: Accurately record details of each customer complaint, obtain necessary original documents, and place them on file Account for COD and cash sales Refer relevant information or issues to the Operational Director Promptly and efficiently collect outstanding or overdue payments Responsible for daily cash-up and banking Assist with cashier duties as needed Maintain the stationery register and manage ordering Support full-function credit control duties when required Provide administrative assistance to the Operational/Sales Director and Technical Manager as needed Keep records of meeting minutes for staff, operational, and sales meetings Manage petty cash Ensure all EHS policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to Handle procurement and distribution of staff safety wear Oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly stock counts and processing Manage supplier credit notes, supplier invoices, and stock orders Supervise operational staff in the absence of the Operational Manager Responsible for filing and general office administration Consultant: Anneke Kotze - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
