Debtors Administrator

Job Description:As the debtors administrator, your duties and responsibilities could include the following:Manage credit control activities for the companys contractsEnsure strict adherence to credit policies and proceduresProactively reach out to debtors telephonically to confirm payment datesAddress any issue affecting paymentsSend invoices and account statements to debtors to ensure timely processing and receipt of paymentsAccurately allocate payments and credit notesWork closely with the payroll and sales team to resolve invoice disputesOversee the aged debtors listTrack overdue accountsEscalate unresolved issues as necessaryPerform account reconciliations upon receipt of paymentsIdentify and resolve discrepanciesBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams to support smooth payment processes Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar positionProficiency in MS ExcelExperience working on NAV would be beneficialQualification:Relevant Finance or Accounting degreeCompleted Matric (Grade 12) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
