Obtain favorable terms for payments and interest rates, bargain with creditors Formal Qualifications: Grade 12 Professional certification in debt counseling or credit management Work-related experience: In-depth knowledge of debt review, NCR, Industry standards and best practices. 5 years experience in debt counseling or credit management.
