Key Accountable Responsibilities

Appraisal client information to determine debt rehabilitation solutions.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the debt review process. Evaluate and verify information received.
Obtain favorable terms for payments and interest rates, bargain with creditors

Formal Qualifications:

Grade 12
Professional certification in debt counseling or credit management

Work-related experience:

In-depth knowledge of debt review, NCR, Industry standards and best practices.
+5 years' experience in debt counseling or credit management.
