Will suit strategic thinker who is highly analytical and focused on operations with strong leadership and team management skills. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of non-call centre debt recovery operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goalsManage internal and external debtor tracing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination with external service providersLead the credit listing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and regulatory requirementsSupervise bulk communications to debtors, ensuring messaging is consistent and compliantLead a team of internal staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise their performanceUtilise data analytics and spreadsheets to monitor, measure, and continuously improve departmental performancePrepare and present regular reports to senior management, focusing on key metrics, process improvements, and strategic recommendationsRequirements:Proven experience in managing operational processes, particularly within the legal, financial services, or debt recovery sectorsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent data management and spreadsheet skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in coordinating with external service providers while managing internal operationsApply: ******
