Debt Recovery Legal Secretary

At least 3-5 years experience in debt collection with proven experience in magistrates' court litigation secures Legal Secretary role in a debt recovery environment.Draft pleadings, notices, default judgment applications, writs, and Section 65 applications. Prepare instruction letters for the court, sheriff, and correspondent attorneys and follow up thereafter. Manage high volumes of debt collection matters using spreadsheets and system reminders.Requirements:Matric and relevant tertiary qualification.3-5 years experience in debt collection.Familiarity with Legal Suite software is advantageous.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Competent with basic Excel and legal debt management systems.Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
