Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timeLocationParktown, JohannesburgFull job descriptionRossouws Lesie Inc is seeking the employment of experienced Debt Collecting Agents to assist in our Debt Collection Call Centre.Applicants must have at least 2 years Debt Collecting Call Centre experience and have the following expertise and qualities:Good communication, linguistic skills and telephone etiquette.Friendly voice demeanor over the phone.Active listener.Fluent in English, Zulu and Sotho/any recognized South African language.Good team player.Positive attitude towards duties and co-workers.Proper understanding of the debt collection process.Fair knowledge on the debt review process.Knowledge of the legal process in the debt collection sector.Goal oriented and target driven.Pay attention to detail.Function well under pressure.Punctual and productive time usage.Matric (Grade 12/Standard 10) would be a huge advantage.Proper understanding of technology.Must be skilled in MS Office and Debt Collection Systems.Completed courses and obtained certificates in Debt Collection.Previous achievement awards would be advantageous.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA or you are currently employed and need to serve notice.CVs can be mailed to Ariette Arnold at ******
