Responsibilities:Manage assigned accounts to track and recover outstanding debtsPlan and execute strategies to collect payments efficientlyLocate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment statusNegotiate payment plans and payoff deadlinesHandle questions, complaints, and disputes professionallyInvestigate and resolve discrepancies related to paymentsBuild trust with debtors to prevent future issuesRegularly update account statuses and maintain accurate recordsEscalate cases to superiors when debtors are unwilling or unable to payRequirements:Proven experience as a Debt CollectorAbility to work effectively with targets and tight deadlinesKnowledge of legal requirements related to debt collectionProficiency in MS Office and database managementStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsConfidence and professionalism when dealing with debtorsMatric certificate essential
