Your contributions will help broaden the client base and improve operational efficiency, reinforcing the company's standing as a leader in the fintech sector.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:Oversee the daily functions of the debt collection team.Ensure team members achieve their targets, including call quotas and email responses.Maintain an efficient workflow and participate in the recruitment of new team members.Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support.Lead regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.Debt Collection:Reach out to debtors via phone and email to follow up on unpaid debts.Verify that debtors receive and understand email notifications.Assist debtors in settling their debts by offering various payment options and negotiating terms.Resolve any disputes or issues related to debt collection.Requirements:Must-Have:At least 5 years of experience in B2B debt collection and managing teams.Experience working independently in a start-up environment.Proficiency with debt collection software and CRM systems.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
