Debriefing Clerk

PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide support to drivers after the completion of transport drops. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications: Grade 12 (NQF 4) Minimum of 2 years experience as a clerk in a manufacturing environment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY RESULTS AREAS Debriefing and Administration: Reconcile purchase orders, collect documentation, and manage re-deliveries according to trip sheets and proof of deliveries. Ensure each purchase order contains the correct date, full name, and signature of the Receiving Clerk. Maintain accurate administration, records, and reconciliations. Address any driver or delivery issues that arise during the shift. Manage receiving and dispatch issues promptly. Compliance: Operate within established controls and procedures to maintain integrity. Report risks or concerns to management within your operating area. Promote compliance with all regulations and procedures to avoid fruitless, wasteful, and irregular expenditure. Customer Service: Provide assistance to employees and maintain effective working relationships. Identify and solve problems in line with core values. Cost and Waste Control: Help limit and control costs by minimizing damage, loss, or waste. Report incidents to the direct manager.
