If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:Debriefing and AdministrationReconciles purchase orders, documentation, and proof of deliveries with trip sheets.Verifies purchase orders for correct dates, names, and signatures.Maintains accurate records and handles driver/delivery issues as needed.Addresse dispatch matters promptly.ComplianceFollows procedures to ensure integrity and compliance within the organization.Reports risks and promotes adherence to regulations to avoid unnecessary costs.Customer ServiceSupports employees and fosters effective working relationships.Resolves problems in line with core values.Cost and Waste ControlMinimizes costs by reducing damage, loss, and waste, and reports incidents to management.Requirements:Grade 12 (NQF 4)Experience as a clerk within a manufacturing environmentComputer Literacy (MS Office)SAP
