Duties include: Vehicle Transport Safely deliver and collect customer vehicles to and from the dealership. Transport vehicles between branches or external locations as required. Customer Service Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers. Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring a positive experience. Documentation and Record Keeping Accurately complete and maintain all required delivery and vehicle inspection documentation. Ensure delivery paperwork is signed by the recipient and promptly submitted to the office. Vehicle Maintenance Conduct routine vehicle inspections for cleanliness, fuel, and roadworthiness. Report any vehicle issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly to the manager. Adherence to Safety and Regulations Follow all road safety rules, dealership protocols, and relevant transportation regulations. Maintain a valid drivers license and ensure personal compliance with traffic laws. General Duties Assist with other dealership tasks such as moving vehicles on the floors, supporting service staff, or administration functions if/when needed. Requirements: Matric Certificate (or equivalent) Must have a Valid drivers license preferably with PDP and a clean driving record. Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years experience as a driver (preferably in a dealership or automotive environment). Familiarity with vehicle models and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Punctual and reliable with a professional demeanour. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, especially during vehicle inspections. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
