Dealership Financial Manager

An Automotive dealership in Pretoria is seeking an Automotive Dealership Financial Manager to join their team. Requirements: Accounting Degree or equivalent 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as an Accountant or Financial Manager Experience with Evolve, Automate, Kerridge, or Autoline Clear criminal and credit records Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dynamic, quick-thinking, confident, innovative, and hardworking Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Knowledge of Autoline is essential Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Duties include but are not limited to: Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Analyse financial data and provide insights to management regarding financial performance and areas for improvement. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, dealership policies, and accounting standards. Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Expense Management: Track dealership expenses, including operational and capital expenditures. Review and approve expense reports and ensure adherence to dealership policies.
