Requirements:

CA(SA), CFA, MBA, or master's degree
Stellar academic track record
Advanced financial modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills

Key Performance Areas:
You'll play a central role in deal origination, executing investment transactions, and managing a portfolio of high-profile investments. Specifically, you will:

Lead market analysis, opportunity assessments, and investment strategy development
Structure deals, support negotiations, and draft term sheets
Create complex financial models (Debt Financing, LBO, Valuations)
Oversee due diligence processes (Commercial, Financial, ESG, Tax, Legal)
Conduct interviews with management, customers, and suppliers
Prepare and present detailed reports for Investment Committees
Review legal agreements and manage conditions precedents
Actively manage portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance
Prepare quarterly portfolio valuations and investor reports
Sit on the boards and committees of portfolio companies
Support fundraising initiatives to drive further growth
