Deal Executive

This senior role in transactions includes the identification, negotiation, closing, monitoring, and exiting of investments. This role will offer interesting and challenging opportunities for the candidate and take your skills to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Oversee both internal and external resource management. Act as a representative to the boards of portfolio organisations. Provide strategic guidance for each investee organisation. Enforce corporate governance practices within investee organisations. Negotiate exits in preferred investment sectors. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 10 or more years of experience in a reputable Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Merchant Banking, or Private Equity setting. Relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investment anagement, merchant banking, or private equity. Knowledgeable in the specific disciplines of identifying, negotiating, closing, and monitoring transactions. Strong understanding of key investment sectors. Familiarity with essential commercial statutes and regulations, including tax and the Companies Act.
