Responsibilities:
Manage and drive the KPIs relating to accuracy, speed, cost, people, and compliance within the hub.
Coordinate and manage all daily hub activities and control expenses within budgets.
Ensure customer collections and deliveries are executed within the SLA.
Manage and plan the day-to-day operations of your department.
Manage stock control processes and losses.
Budget and cost control.
Identify and report on key metrics.
Build internal and external business partner relationships.
Maintain and ensure compliance with Best Operating Practices (BOP) and 6S in your department.
People management across the full employee journey.
Workforce planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
A post-matric qualification in Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management/Retail Business Management/Warehouse Operations Management is essential.
At least 3-5 years of solid process management experience.
Experience in working on a Warehouse Management System (experience on Manhattan WMS would be advantageous).
Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong MS Excel capability.
Business acumen and experience in analysing, interpreting, and applying productivity data.
