Reporting to the Operations Analytics Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Continuously analyse returns, Recovery and RFC operational dataSet up appropriate dashboardsDevelop reports and KPIAlign with systems engineersSet up and configure systemsBuild operational dashboardsBuild production reportsBuild real time Apps to capture exceptionsExceptions managementOffer innovation and challenge current processIdentify business and operational opportunitiesAttributes required: High numeracy affinityProficient on MS officeHighly proficient on WMS or ERP systemSolid competency on statistical calculationsAbility to build models and financial business casesPrevious experience building dashboardsPrevious experience building operational reportsData analysisSQL experienceApp building experienceSolid process minded – ability to conceptualise the operational environmentSimulationsFinancial acumenWork in groups
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering or Business ManagementData management / Quantitative courseAt least 3-5 years' experience as an AnalystThe Environment:
