Job Description: My client is looking for a diligent and ethical Database Farming Specialist to engage with investors and buyers from their existing database. This is a softer sales role focused on identifying potential sellers among those who have previously contacted them. The position requires someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine approach to customer interactions. Key Responsibilities : · Engage with investors and buyers in their existing database to explore whether they have any properties they are interested in selling. · Maintain and nurture relationships with contacts to build trust and encourage future sales opportunities. · Reach out to contacts who have previously shown interest in purchasing or investing, to identify potential sellers. · Convert database inquiries into potential sales leads by effectively understanding clients' needs and offering tailored solutions. · Use a consultative and non-aggressive sales approach to encourage clients to sell their properties through them. · Regularly follow up on leads to ensure continued engagement and track progress in CRM systems. · Work closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth lead handover and appointment scheduling. Requirements : · Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is required. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. · A friendly and consultative sales approach. · Organized and detail-oriented, with good record-keeping abilities. · Comfortable working with CRM systems and databases. · Ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
