Convert database inquiries into potential sales leads by effectively understanding clients' needs and offering tailored solutions. Use a consultative and non-aggressive sales approach to encourage clients to sell their properties through them. Regularly follow up on leads to ensure continued engagement and track progress in CRM systems. Work closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth lead handover and appointment scheduling. Requirements: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. A friendly and consultative sales approach. Organized and detail-oriented, with good record-keeping abilities.
