Remote position. Standout work-from-home opportunity exists for super organised, IT savvy person with at least 3 years experience working with databases and content management to join esteemed, luxury travel agency based in the USA. Own home office with stable and fast internet connection is essential. Not to be missed opportunity for detail-orientated candidate wanting to be part of an incredible, diverse team.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday from 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00.
Working alongside a collaborative and dynamic team based all over the world, you will be responsible for going through the company's database country by country and updating their luxury safari properties by ensuring all content is loaded, photos are appealing, in high resolution and the correct size, and all information is loaded accurately. Ensure the database is maintained and kept up to date and accurate, add new products to the database such as hotels, experiences, offers, flights, and transfers, and provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
Requirements:
Super organised with a minimum of 3 years work experience with databases and content management 
Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
IT savvy
Excellent communication with strong written and verbal English skills
Own home office with stable and fast internet connection - company laptop will be provided
Self-starter and adaptable
Excellent attention to detail
Collaborative, team work approach 
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software
