Responsibilities: Create and manage databases, ensuring optimal implementation on physical media, Azure DaaS, or Private Cloud, and handle capacity planning and hardware resource management. Maintain data availability and quality through performance tuning, scalability management, and administering user access and security. Oversee version migrations, program updates, bug fixes, and recommend backup systems, while defining quality standards and monitoring them through dashboards. Establish an ITIL-based MIS support process for users, covering helpdesk, ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting, log analysis, reporting, and Centreon monitoring, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production follow-ups. Manage IT infrastructure projects and major changes, including user needs assessment, implementation planning, specifications, tendering, supplier selection, and user acceptance testing, while adhering to group norms, security, and licensing policies. Oversee IT infrastructure contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance with BTL requirements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring ISO, ITIL, and QHSE process compliance, while staying updated on new technologies. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in IT or computer science with 7 to 13 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 8 years supporting and maintaining Microsoft systems and databases. Expertise in managing virtualized and distributed infrastructures, clustering, replication, load balancing, and technical project management, especially within large corporate environments. Certifications required or advantageous: ITIL Practitioner/Specialist, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, knowledge of Oracle databases, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, ISO 27000, and experience with tools like Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, PowerShell, ITSM solutions, and collaborative solutions.
