You will also develop, test, deploy, maintain and support new databases, reporting, data warehouse and business intelligence applications from high-level business requirements and designs. Responsibilities: Develop, implement and document Business Intelligence SolutionsContribute to the overall data warehouse architecture and data base designsMaintain and oversee the administration and maintenance of the data warehouseDevelop and maintain Business Intelligence and reporting technologies and processesTranslate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for Business Intelligence (BI) reports and applicationsDesign and develop reports and dashboards based on Business Requirements Document (BRD) and customer specificationsDevelop feasible technical specifications and process flows for data provisionWithin user specifications extract, transform and load (ELT) data using the relevant toolsVerify and quality assure of data providedTranslate business requirements into workable solutions and document solutions into technical specifications Qualifications and Experience: Relevant IT and data analytics qualifications e.g. B.Tech or B.Sc. (Informatics) - EssentialDimensional modelling and/or relevant Microsoft certification Advantageous3 5 years of management experience taking care of teams between 5 8 peopleTraining/qualifications, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, Advanced MS Excel, Star quest, Python, Scala Spark, AWS SagemakerExperience on AWS /Azure SQL elastic instance, Data factory, Power BISolid understanding of Metadata constructsClear understanding of EDWMust be familiar with the concept of Data MartsProven data modelling techniques (3 years)Experience in Ralph Kimball data warehouse modelling (3 years)Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Visual Studio The Reference Number for this position is NG59249 which is a Permanent Hybrid position based in Centurion offering a salary of R900k to R1.1mil cost to company per annum
