This role is within the Data Management Office and reports to the Data Head. The Data Steward will be responsible for the Treasury and Trade Solutions portfolio. Specifically, to implement the strategy and business processes required to create, maintain, and enhance data, be responsible for the daily management of a critical data asset, and provide overall guidance and governance oversight to an allocated data set. You will actively manage data in order to maximize value, align data to business priorities, continuously improve data quality, reduce the cost of data management, and increase confidence in data and information integrity.
Are you someone who can: Apply understanding of data management and business processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to solve business problems.Provide input into the definition of data processes and standards.Embed data policies, standards, tools, and best practices within the data domain of responsibility.Maintain metadata, data quality rules, Enterprise Data Model (EDM), reference data, records register, where applicable.Provide input into domain-level data architecture and data management best practices.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a relevant degree.Have previous experience as a Data Steward.Have previous experience within a Corporate Investment Bank (preferred).Have experience with metadata, data quality rules, EDM, reference data, and records register.Are knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and data practice standards.Are able to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested to take the step?
