About the Role As a Data Scientist within the VICA team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of citizen engagement through data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for analyzing user interactions, optimizing chatbot performance, and developing advanced functionalities to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities: Model Development:Develop and refine machine learning models to improve chatbot performance in tasks such as intent classification, dialogue management, and sentiment analysis.Experiment with different models and algorithms to achieve optimal results.Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into the VICA platform.Data Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of VICA interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.Utilize statistical techniques and visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure chatbot effectiveness and track progress.Natural Language Processing:Apply NLP techniques to understand user queries, extract relevant information, and generate appropriate responses.Explore cutting-edge NLP methods to enhance chatbot capabilities.Innovation:Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and chatbot technologies.Propose and implement innovative solutions to address chatbot challenges and improve user experience.Collaboration:Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively integrated into the VICA platform.Qualifications: Min.
