Data Scientist - Predictive Modelling Guru – Johannesburg/ Hybrid - R850K Per Annum

We invest in and operate high-potential businesses in markets with historically low levels of client service and trust, we currently searching for a Data Scientist / Quantitative Analyst/ Predictive Modelling to be part of the team. The incumbent be responsible for maintaining, re-calibrating, developing and deploying new predictive and prescriptive models
Requirements: 4+ years experienceHonours degree in a mathematical, statistical or actuarial fieldPythonSAS (Base, Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner) a PLUSExcelManage all aspects of current machine learning models.Maintain and re-calibrate current scorecards and/or predictive modelsDevelop new predictive modelsUtilises advanced data analytics and mining techniques to analyse data, assessing data validity and usability; reviews data results to ensure accuracy; and communicates results and insights to stakeholdersIdentifies trends, patterns, relationships and discrepancies in data and determines additional data needed to support insight.
