Skills & Experience: Experience Level: 7 years of hands-on experience in programming and/or modelling. You've navigated complex codebases, conquered debugging challenges, and implemented algorithms that dont just workthey shine Programming Mastery: Proficiency in C or C++ is a must (Python for machine learning is the icing on the cake). Youll be translating complex concepts into code, so knowing your way around a compiled language is non-negotiable Machine Learning Know-How: Some experience with machine learning is essential; youll be expected to train models, understand key ML principles, and deploy code with precision Signal Analysis & Algorithm Design: Familiarity with signal processing techniques and designing/testing algorithms is key. Experience with Doppler radar, machine vision, or geometric sensor calibration? Even better Toolkit Bonuses: If youre familiar with Qt or other development frameworks, and youre comfortable with Git and Maven for source code management, youll feel right at home Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong communication is essential.
